As a licensed life insurance broker in New Jersey and South Carolina, Lindsey brings a unique perspective to the business — combining property services with long-term client protection through mortgage protection solutions. Her ability to understand both the operational and financial side of homeownership allows Herring Services LLC to provide a more complete and thoughtful service experience.
Lindsey is focused on building strong relationships with homeowners, realtors, and investors throughout the Myrtle Beach area, positioning the company as a trusted, go-to resource for everything needed after closing. Her leadership is rooted in clarity, execution, and long-term vision, with a clear plan to scale the business through structured growth, strategic partnerships, and expanding service offerings.

Matt Herring serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Herring Services LLC, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience as a flooring specialist and general contractor. His extensive background in construction, remodeling, and property improvement forms the operational backbone of the company and ensures that every project is completed with precision, quality, and professionalism.
Matt is known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to manage projects from start to finish with consistency and reliability. His deep understanding of materials, job-site management, and execution allows Herring Services LLC to deliver results that meet — and often exceed — client expectations.
As COO, Matt oversees all day-to-day operations, including maintenance services, remodeling projects, vendor coordination, and quality control. He ensures that every job reflects the company’s standards and is completed efficiently and correctly the first time.
